What a Faithful GOD..!

When a Vehicle going with more than 120 Km speed on National Highway and suddenly two of its tires burst out… with steel rims, axle only it drags up to 100 Yards, then hits to the road divider!!

What will happen...?!

It’s a severe road accident. The passengers traveling by that vehicle, perhaps some people will die… reminding people may have got serious injuries. .. Horrible Death scene on highway flashes in our minds.

In natural circumstances it’s all true. But When God’s divine intervention is there things comes out differently. This is my experience… our church experience.

This is what the exact condition we were facing last Monday (12.10.2009). Our church team went to distribute relief material to the flood victims in Kurnool district. We started early in the morning from Church Office on 12th and reached Jadcharla in Mahaboobnagar district by 8 am. We were traveling in two vehicles one is Scorpio and the other is our church vehicle Qualis.

We were nine members seated in the Qualis. Church elder Uncle Vijay Kumar, Driver moses seated in the front. In Next row seniors Edwin, Edison and David were there. Kris well, jovial, one brother from secundrabad and I seated in the back seat.

After crossing station Jadcharla Our Qualis met with an accident. When the vehicle was gaining speed, suddenly backside left tire burst out. Due to the speed the tire was tearing apart into small tiny pieces & left over was coupled with the axle. Driver moses pressing the brakes time and again to stop the vehicle. Inside the vehicle we don’t know what was happening outside. But we were sensing that our Qualis lost control. We heard scratching noise of the rims n axel like stones falling on the vehicle. It was shaking like anything. After the tires burst out with steel rims, axle only it drags up to 100 Yards, revolved up to 260 degrees and then backside rim hits to the road divider. Nine People inside the vehicle along with me altogether were screaming loudly Lord! Lord! We all thought vehicle will definitely tilt and our lives ended here. I hold front seat so firmly with fear.

In that difficult circumstances God was intervened. I am the direct witness to the God’s invisible hands, who controlled and stopped the vehicle very safely. No minor scratch to anyone of us. We all safely reached the destination to distribute the relief material.

After this incident we gathered together beside the road and thanked & praised the Lord in Prayer. All of us experienced God’s presence with us. And I remembered Church elder Joseph Jayasurya solemn prayer at starting place, “Lord lead your children and be with them although this Journey”. After this incident took place brother Edwin said like this… “See… Our human lives are how fragile it is?”

At that time, I believe all of us were singing the song in our hearts, “what a faithful God have I… what a faithful God”. I am humming it.
